Our complete rental agreement will be reviewed with you at the time of rental. To assist we have provided some highlights to begin the process.

Every new tenant will be asked to fill out a credit application, for your convenience we have provided this for you to download and fill in ahead of time.

A $25 fee for individuals will be charged to the applicant in order to run a credit report. If you are incorporated, please call for specific details.

Once the credit approval process is complete, a refundable deposit must be paid to hold the unit in the form of a check or money order. The next step is reviewing and signing the rental agreement, paying the rent, and you're ready to go!
